the top of the bag where you open it, the edges are just a bit short and hard to keep hold of at times. But, great product. Have bought numerous times.

The air valve is just a sticker with no way for a vacuum to draw air out. About 1/3 of them were missing the "air valve" so there is just a pencil sized hole in the bag.My bf and I both tried multiple times to use our vacuum sealer on these bags - laying it flat, using our hands to raise the valve up above everything, and even flat with an empty bag of air - and could not get them to work at all.

Yes this product works great. My cold cuts and cheese and other left over food I put in these bags and they stay fresh much longer. I dispose of them after each product has been used in them, But that is a small price for keeping my food around longer. With the rising cost of food. Keeping it fresh longer is a blessing.
