What an amazing gadget here! And what great features this offers. First thing I will say is my(who is super excited to get this) already recognized and knew the name Sous Vide, so she was super excited to receive this product. That excitement turned into completely thrilled when she started using the product. Nice powerful immersion blending with a circulator, timer, alarm, heats water, and it is so quiet. That is one of the things that totally blows away the other immersion blender that we have is the quietness this one brings. This is a five star if I have ever seen a five star!! And here is the kicker……. The other one that we have that don’t get me wrong works very well, was $30 more than this one. So this is a steal of a deal!!Don’t even hesitate, push the button, get it ordered up. You will never regret this!!

This circulator has been a great addition to my kitchen setup. It’s simple to clamp onto any deep pot, and I like how quickly it heats the water and holds the temperature steady the whole time. The controls on the device are straightforward, but the app makes it even easier—I can monitor or adjust the cook remotely, which is handy when I’m multitasking around the house. The temperature is spot on. I tested it with a thermometer, and it matched exactly. I’ve done a few steaks and some chicken breasts already, and they all came out evenly cooked and super juicy. Being able to delay the start time through the app is also a nice touch for prepping meals ahead of time. It’s surprisingly quiet while running—no annoying hum or buzz like some other models. Setup was quick, and the app connected without much hassle. I haven’t needed the preset recipes much, but they’re there if you want a reference. The safety alerts are smart too; it shuts off if the water level gets too low, which gives me peace of mind.Overall, this one just works really well. It feels solid, heats fast, holds temp, and the extra features don’t feel gimmicky. Great for beginners or anyone who wants a reliable, no-fuss sous vide option.

I started sous vide cooking 10 years ago, but this is my first time trying a machine from Inkbird. I ordered a second circulator because I do a lot of sous vide meal prep and wanted to be able to cook different things at different temps simultaneously. This machine can be used with or without their app. To use the app, you have to register and connect it to your Wi-Fi. Using the app lets you see the temperature and time remaining on your cook, along with letting you do a delayed start and accessing preset time/temperatures for various recipes from your phone. One of the cool things about this machine is that it lets you circulate at a temperature range from 32-194 degrees, so you can put your frozen meat in an ice water bath in the morning and it'll circulate the water at a food safe temperature without heating until you decide to remotely start the cook. This means you can time it to finish cooking when you get home from work and dinner will be ready. Another nice feature is that it allows you to calibrate the temperature on the machine so you know you're cooking at an accurate temp. The display is large and easy to ready and the basic temp/time functions are self-explanatory.To sous vide, I use a large, deep pasta pot and clamp the machine to the edge of the pot. You need a pot that's deep and large enough to allow water to circulate around the food and machine. Seal your food in plastic and let it cook for your desired time. I tested this machine out doing a basic ribeye at 135 (in between rare and medium rare) and it came out perfect. I finished the steak off with a pan sear to brown the outside. The temperature reflected on the machine was accurate (verified using a thermometer) and the steak came out juicy and tender as it should.Sous vide is a learning experience and it can take a few tries with each type of meat to perfect your preferred time/temp, but the preset recipes in the app make it easy for even the most casual user. The good thing about sous vide cooking is it’s really forgiving, so your food will still be tasty as you are learning. If you are looking for an accurate circulator, this Inkbird is a great choice.

App hassle as usual, but I guess it's kind of worth it in the end. Takes a while to heat up the water, but other than that this thing is pretty awesome.

I've been waiting for this one. I'm a total kitchen gear nut, with a kitchen destroyed by hurricane Milton. I'm still restocking everything that was lost and am always thrilled to be offered a new toy to try out. This was out of the package and in a pot (just for testing) within about five minutes of delivery. It's bulkier than I expected, which is a plus. It's weighty and feels like solid construction. I put it through some programming paces and it adjusts quickly, heats quickly. Thankfully, it does not cool too quickly, another sign that the materials and construction are good for this constant temperature application. I'm a professional chef, so I will probably not be using the Wifi/app preset recipe tools, but I think they're a great plus. If you don't have a lot of experience with sous vide, this should help make your experiences pretty much error free, and you don't have to worry about a lightweight minimal design giving out on you after your first few batches. I'm quite happy with it and I'm looking forward to giving it a real workout this weekend!
