The hole for where the sous vide fits is too small, not a big deal as I could have enlarged it with a Dremel. But the plastic tub has a warning label that says it is made with BPA. Not a good idea when used for cooking with hot water for long periods of time. BPA will leach out.

I purchased this to use with my Joule Sous Vide. It is a perfect compliment. The rack keeps my food from floating. The tub and lid work as you would expect them to. Easy to clean and get ready for the next use.

The rack that came with this order was plastic not medal. I used the rack the first time to hold each portion of 2 large racks of pork ribs in place and submerged. It worked out nicely and as hoped.
