Filling the Torch: Ensure the torch is off and cool. Insert the butane gas canister nozzle into the filling valve and press down. Allow a few minutes for the gas to settle.
Ignition: Press and hold the ignition button.
Lock Fire: Engage the lock fire switch while holding the ignition button to maintain the flame without continuous pressure.
Adjust Flame: Use the flame adjustment knob to set the desired flame length.
Safety Lock: Engage the safety lock to prevent accidental ignition when not in use.
Turning Off: Release the lock fire switch and the ignition button to extinguish the flame.

This torch is great. I use it for camping for starting fires and lighting burners, the long jet lets you keep your hand far enough away to keep from getting burned. Do note that it ships empty and you will need to refuel it before you can use it.

This torch lighter really works great! It has a safety lock to prevent accidents. This torch works well for cooking, lighting barbecue grills, igniting fires, lighting cigars, etc. The flame is adjustable for the fire and intensity of the flame needed. This is a very nice torch lighter set. It would make a great gift for a friend or loved one for Christmas, birthdays, or whatever occasion you might be celebrating.
