  • Only butane gas with a long nozzle adapter can be used. When refilling this product, if overflow occurs, it indicates that the refill is complete. Let the torch sit for 3 minutes before use.

  • If the blue light doesn't turn on when 'UNLOCK' is opened, charge the torch via Type-C. The blue light flashes during charging; all 6 bars lit means fully charged. Charging takes about 30 minutes.

  • Check if there is enough butane gas.Ensure the ignition button is functioning properly.Make sure the gas flow is not turned off or too low.

  • Check if the gas pressure is consistent. Ensure the flame adjustment knob is set properly.
