So far these are the best handle grips I've bought. I bought these last year and used the plastic throttle connection from the last pair I bought so I do not remember if these come with the throttle insert or not. But I do believe the rubber part is probably a better quality than even harley, every pair of grips I get turn my hands black including the harley original grips I had. These haven't turned my hands black yet amd I can't say much about harleys current quality of grips because harly is too expensive to waste my money on if the newer parts still do the same thing.
