This is a very easy to use wrist blood pressure monitor. You need the monitor on the inside of your wrist for it to work correctly and as soon as you touch the on button it will give you directions, then start taking your blood pressure. It fits well and is comfortable to use. I have very thin wrists and it still fits me well. It takes about a minute from start to finish to give you the directions, take and read your blood pressure.I have compared it to an arm monitor I have and it seems to read a little higher. Its also important to make sure it placed correctly, on the wrist but not too close to your hand. If mine is too close to my hand it reads the pressure high. Also. they really mean for the cuff to be at heart level so you either need to hold your arm out straight from your shoulder or I have found they laying down and placing my arm on my heart gives me an accurate reading. If my arm is sitting on a regular table, it will read high, by about 20 points systolic.This is an easy machine to use. It does tend to be sensitive to exactly where it is placed on your arm and how tight you secure it. It is reading a little higher then my arm cuff. I am getting more accurate readings (when compared to the arm cuff) when I use it and I am laying down with my arm laying on my chest.It does have a memory function and can store 120 of your last readings. It does not time stamp the readings so all you know is what the readings are. It will also read your average blood pressure the first time you push the memory button. Be careful about holding down the memory button, as that will erase all your stored readings. This also allows you to store readings for two different users.This is a very handy, easy to use machine, great for monitoring your blood pressure. It is compact, easy to travel with and used correctly it did give me very similar readings to the arm cuff blood pressure monitor I was comparing it to,
