Take off the jewelry accessories on your wrist,put the wristband of the blood pressure monitor on your wrist and place the monitor directy in front of your wrist
The wristband should be wrapped firmly around the wrist, with the edge of it 1-2 cm away from the wrist
Please stay quiet when measuring,keep the monitor at the same height as your heart,and do not move or talk.
Just touch the touch button to start blood pressure measurement. The whole process takes about 40 seconds. Do not move or talk during this process.

I owned it about one month and it is dead. Will not turn on. It was a pain also with how sensitive the power button was. You would take into a patients room and then it would stop working and need charged.

The product stopped working 3 weeks after the "return window" closed and less that 2 months after purchase. One would think that a product like this would have a decent warranty. This is an unfair practice and naturally I would not buy from the company again. It was expensive for a wrist BP device as well

Battery charge don’t last long if you keep the voice notification on giving the vitals aloud. Make sure that you have a wall piece that compatible with the device if not it want charge. A wall piece don’t come with the product.
