Got this cutter to cut circles on paper for a friend's project. Easy to use once I paid attention and followed the instruction. However, turned out I had to cut lots and lots of circles that the first blade went dull fast. I'm on the second blade now. Luckily, there are three blades included. I hope to find more replacement blades from the seller or Amazon. The adjustability of the sizes to cut is the determining factor for buying this rather than the expensive one-sized fixed circular cutter. The self-healing mat is very much appreciated, thanks for including that. For my small project, this cutter is a good deal.

This is a very bad quality product, I do not recomend anyone get this. The prongs that hold the replacement blades are broken and the blade fell out of the white blade holder. The cuts are un even even after several tries.

At first, I hated this because I couldn’t get an actual circle to be cut. The blade can go in different ways. You need to make sure it is locked correctly. No instructions. Once I figured it out, I like it. Wish the cutting board was a little bigger. And wish the measurements was in American measurements.

Was very disappointed. The blade popped out a couple of times. You can't see the markings at all, so you have to waste paper trying to get the right size. Once you finally get THAT figured out, there is the issue of the actual cutting. You have to go around a few times, and even then it's no guarantee it will cut 100%.I gave it 2 stars only because of the little cutting mat that was included. Too bad I can't keep that as a consolation prize. Over all, it is cheap quality and certainly not worth the price I paid for it. It was basically a waste of money, and I will be returning this.

Not for a sheet of paper and a mat. This tool needs another piece of paper UNDER the one you're cutting, otherwise it will skip, blade will fall out, blade will move, and you'll be sending this back...which i can see most people doing. This unit isn't well made and will probably break before you get to use a replacement blade. The little mat, that comes with this, 8" x 8" is for...? This takes 2 hands to use, moderate, VERY steady pressure, and the blade deapth is unadjustable. The plastic cover to the blade falls off VERY easily and the blade itself pops out continuously.Now...if you're stuck with this or determined to make this thing work...use another sheet of cardstock (that may get cut into) underneath the paper you are cutting. Take your time; steady, slow, accurate speed...and you can make this thing work. Use tape to hold pieces in place (on the unit) and hold your breath. It'll work, but I wouldn't buy another. Not for paper cutting. Not easily anyhow. Good luck...especially to the makers of this thing. You'll need it.

I finally have a reason to use this and when I opened the package, it was already broken. I saw one of the tiny blades was loose in the packaging so I tried to put it back and it wouldn’t stay. When I looked at the other blades, I saw the little plastic pieces holding the blade in place. Those 2 pieces are broken off so the blade won’t stay. What I find bothering is that there were no loose little plastic pieces in the packaging before I opened it. This means it was broken before it was packaged. I am outside the return window so this is just a wasteful piece of junk.

I used this to cut felt with adhesive backing for chess pieces that needed new felt bottoms. It was perfect. I used paper to titrate the diameter until it was an exact match. I tried it on regular felt but it was too thick to cut. So this should give on an idea about thickness of material it will cut. For me it was perfect

J'arrive pas a couper un cercle complet sans que la lame débarque. Je regrette d'avoir attendus avant de l'utiliser car maintenant je ne peux plus ré retourner.

The blade is difficult to keep in place. Doesn't make clean circles or cuts because of this. Not sturdy either. Not worth my buck for sure. Did work better when blade was fastened in with tape. If your commited you could glue it.
