Causes a lot of smoke, cooks unevenly when om stovetop and the top has burned after a few uses. Better off locating a flat top that is meant for your stove or just a flat top griddle

Could be lighter to handle with specially while cleaning. However it could make it more fragile and lower the quality. Could have a bolt on the grease room to open it and facilitate cleaning. And the height could be lower to keep the griddle closer to the fire.
