I love this and it has more than one purpose. What I love most is that you can see what is in the air fryer when it is cooking. I have had one of those original air fryers that uses a drawer to put what you are cooking inside and then you close the door and have no idea if it is burning or not finished. This makes a huge difference for me. It is big enough to cook a whole recipe of chicken wings and I don't have to do a few at a time. But this is not just an air fryer. The menu of options is extensive: Toast, Air Fry, bake, Broil, dehydrate, pizza, Reheat, Roast, Bagel, waffle. The included instruction guide is very helpful and the operation is pretty simple also. I did make chicken wings this weekend and that was the first time I used it. They came out perfectly and I did not adjust the time I use to cook them in my old air fryer. The temperature and time are both adjustable with the dial but that was a little tricky to figure out, but read the guide. It is small and fits nicely under my counter, runs very quiet and is easy to clean. I use parchment paper in the basket and just throw it away when it cools. It is best to wipe it out when it cools because of splatter but that is easy to wipe down. I also put a heat proof mat under the fryer before I used it and that will stay there to protect my counter. I am really happy with this. I think the price is good too considering all the menu options.

As I’ve already mentioned in the title, I say “BRAVO” regarding this Nuwave Bravo Air Fryer Oven Combo, and this is after a good number of uses! I really like this oven’s overall size and total cooking capacity (13.5"D x 17.6"W x 9.6"H /21-quart capacity), its design and look, the ease of use, and the fact that it cleans up fairly easily.Additional oven details and observations:* This combo oven has 10 pre-programmed preset cooking options, such as air fry, roast, bake, reheat, pizza, toast, and even dehydrate, etc., and at 1,800 watts, it really gets the job done!* This oven provides, and has thus far appeared to deliver on, even multi-layered cooking, and if anything, it has been my/our experience that this little combo oven gets the cooking done in even less time than suggested, /or anticipated. Note: This convection oven combo certainly has not been disappointing on its overall cooking ability, imho, as it has certainly delivered some “power to the party”, so to speak, at least on each of the cooking options that we have used thus far, with the air fry option being the most used to date.* It came/comes with some nice accessories, as in addition to the oven. I also received a removable crumb tray, a 12”x 9.5” baking pan, an air fry basket, a heavy-duty cooking rack, and even a recipe book. A quick start guide, and 1 manual, was also included.* It already has been, and will continue to be, an energy saver for us, as this has/will reduce the use of our electric kitchen stove, which is much more of an energy user than this convection oven is, and it does not heat the house up nearly as much as our stove does, which can definitely result in our AC unit running more frequently during the warmer months. To conclude, and as you may have already gathered from my previously listed comments, details and observations, I am very pleased and satisfied with this Nuwave Bravo Convection Combo Oven, and to date I have no reservations in recommending this oven to others! Please see my pics of this convection oven for a number of good visuals.

My mother remarked on how pretty this toaster oven combo is when I put it on her counter. She is definitely going to cover everything in foil to protect it. Haha. The thing I use this for most is toasting. I noticed that the default setting is 4, unlike my previous Oster, which was set at 3 (someone once told me that the numbers were for the number of minutes the toaster would be on for each setting, but the Oster seems like it toasted for much longer than the number I’d set). Even at a 4, the toast is very lightly toasted (see picture). It is a little uneven with the browning, it seems, but not much. Another difference I immediately noticed is how much less heat the Nuwave puts out than the old toaster—which I relied on to soften my fresh-from-the-fridge butter.I greatly prefer toaster ovens to pop-up toasters, simply because they’re not a one-task appliance and I can reheat things like pizza in them, though they tend not to be great a cooking things evenly (definitely don’t try making candy in them—that’s just setting yourself up for failure). This thing goes beyond that, even though I question some of the 10-in-1 functions (like…”bagel” isn’t a thing if “toast” is listed; NuWave might as well include “burn down the house” or “overcook”). It bakes, toasts, air fries (though I’m hesitant to do that, because I’ve seen the mess that certain things make in an air fryer, hence the drawer form factor that the most popular ones have), broils, and supposedly dehydrates (I’ll have to try this, since I’ve previously made jerky in my smoker; the instruction booklet has a recipe for candied bacon that it says is dehydrated, but…that’s not dehydrating, so I question it a bit), so I’ll give it 5-in-1. Most toaster ovens do at least 4 of those things.Oh, and yes, it does smell like chemicals a bit when it first comes out of the box. The instructions tell you to wipe down the unit and then run it for a bit to get rid of the scent. I had to do it twice, which it said might happen. Finally, there’s an on/off button that’s a bit extraneous, I think. As far as I can tell, it’s so the display doesn’t stay on and draw power that it doesn’t need to, which is nice. The default is toast, which is good because it’s what I do most with this unit. Everything else will take an additional button-push or knob-twist.Overall, I like this toaster oven—it gives my counter a bit of flair and now I have the possibility of getting rid of a cupboard full of other appliances, which would be nice.
