The lake stretcher comes shipped in a compact box and is in separate pieces to be put together. The reason why it lost a star on this one is because the directions are absolute trash. There are no spaces between the letters so it’s like reading gibberish and what I could figure out wasn’t translated well. I don’t know why these companies put so much money into making the product and then won’t spend the extra money to get a good instruction manual, but the machine is a good product. It went together super easy. I had to figure it out myself, but there’s really not a lot to it if you’ve used one of these before. If you haven’t used one of these before, it’s still kind of makes sense. The only issue I ran up against was where do the wheels go Versus the stands. It came with an extra wheel so that was my main confusion. Once I got it installed and put together, it was easy to use. This is a great machine if you want to really stretch and work on your stretch. This would be great for dancers or people that want to keep hip mobility. I wish the leg pieces that sit up would actually hold better. They just kinda pop into the machine so they can fall out and become loose. The leg areas are well done though, and I haven’t had an issue. I’m 5’7” and I can put them at the max without an issue so this means if you are kind of tall, you might run into a problem. Overall, this is a nice little machine for the money that it cost.
