I was so excited when I set this fountain up. It blended nicely with my plants and had a soothing water trickle sound. The pump was quiet. Everything was fine the first day. I only kept it on during the day and unplugged it at night. By the third the counter top was completely wet. I thought that maybe it was something I did with the cords. So rearranged the cords, put less water in it, and set it up on a counter where I could keep my eye one it. All was well. I did not see any leaks. So, I put it back up on the shelf it was on. By the end of the day it was still fine. The next morning I plugged it in again. Several hours later it sounded a little low (was starting to hear the pump struggle a bit). I went to put more water in it and found that my shelf was once again soaking wet. I have no idea where it is leaking from or why it doesn't leak the first day of set up. It is a bummer, because I really liked this fountain.Update: Third times a charm. I finally figured out why it was leaking. It was bubbling to much at the top and spilling down the back of the fountain. I turn down the pump, and everything seems to be fine. I didn't think I'd like the lights, but they cast a reflection on the upper parts that looks nice.
