Zipper broke second day also some suction cups were hard to get turned the right way, one is still not right. My cat loves it though so I’ve tried to repair zipper closure myself. Would like some kind of compensation!

What the heck man? 3 of my suction cups are messed up right out of the box. They are backwards so now I'm gonna have to boil them or something. It wasnt too hard to assemble but the directions suck.

You buy it without knowing what size you are going to get. Since I ended up with the larger one, it doesn't fit where I wanted it to. Hopefully I can find somewhere it will fit.

Strong, sturdy cat perch with powerful suction. Easy to assemble and very stable. Color is grey but is very light and is okay with the tan/beige components of my ninja warrior set up.Cover removes for easy cleaning. The L-shaped hinge is much safer than the old-style perches that were supported from underneath by a triangle bracket that posed a safety risk.All in all happy with this perch.

Very very large. Fits my maine coon kitties very well. The suction cup design works very well, keeping the bed stuck on the window. The material is very comfortable and the cover is easy to wash. One gripe is with the suction cups and the angling of the bed. It would be better if the bed had a preadjusted orientation because right now only 5 of the 6 suction cups are attached to the window, leaving the bed at an awkward angle. The 6th suction cup is bent the other way and won't return to the proper way

Once I, eventually, got this together I was very impressed by how sturdy it is. When I first started out, I was a little bit skeptical because the pieces, including the rods and the fabric for the covering are pretty thin. I had some difficulty putting it together, but that was due to arthritis in my hands and five hand surgeries, so my hands are very weak. I almost gave up a couple of times and called one of my kids to come help me put the rods together and help me zip the cover on because it was such a tight fit and hard to stretch it together enough to close the zipper. But I’m stubborn and finished the job myself, but it took me a while. If you have hardy hands, it will be a breeze. I had gone to the pawmee website and saw the instructions to soak the suction cups in hot water which really helped a lot when I got to the point of installing the perch onto the window. I’m not sure why they didn’t include that in the printed instructions that came in the box. The parts are all high quality and a good value.My big problem was purely user error. My window is 4 inches too narrow for the large cat perch, which is the one I got. And of course, I didn’t realize it until I actually went to the window (after cleaning the window, top and bottom and the sill— at least my window is all nice and clean :) to install the perch. To my surprise, the outside suction cups overhang the window frame. After all of my complications putting the darn thing together, I just started laughing, but as I said, this was purely user error and not the fault of the company. I was sad because I know my kitties would love to sit on that perch and look out at the garden watching the chickens and my grandchildren running by on their bicycles and tricycle. I’m going to reorder a medium size, and this one with the thicker pillow bed. This one has a simple summer weight cover that will work well for kitties in the hotter months. So make sure you measure and then double-check your window’s width. The suction cups must fit on glass only.For the price, this is a sturdy cat perch that I would feel very secure having two cats perch on. The six suction cups are large and strong and will stick well to your window. It also has a low profile so it will not detract from your home decor. I am comfortable enough with it, after putting it together, to reorder it.
