The suction cups are super strong. I always clean the window and wet the backs of the cups before sticking them on. It gets a better seal and generally won't come off unless you pry it off yourself. My cats are always jumping up on it or down onto it from the fridge and it hasn't budged. My major complaint is the bed is super thin, but you can just stuff it with a blanket or small cat bed. The cats seem to like it stuffed or not.

I originally intended to use this to replace an older window hammock for out cats, did not work out that way. Assembly was quick and easy, did notice that the first step of the directions had a blank picture and no words. I honestly had it together before I looked at the instructions. After assembly, I attached this to the front of our large fish tank just to test out the suction cups while I took down the old one. I quickly realized that I made a mistake because our female cat had already jumped up into this hammock and made herself at home watching the fish. All six of our cats have taken a few turns of laying in this and watching the fish, even our 18 lb male cat. The suction cups had held securely which is impressive when an 18 lb cat jumps on to it. I ended up putting the old window hammock back up and leaving this one on the fish tank. As long as there isn't a cat on it, the hammock can be quickly tilted up into the storage position, we leave it down because it isn't really in our way. The fact that all of our cats have made themselves comfy in this hammock I'm going to say it is "Cat approved" and they line up for their chance to use it. For the ease of assembly, quality, and "Cat comfort," and listed price I would say this is a good value.

This item is more akin to a hammock than a secure bed. I purchased it for my daughter, who has a slew of cats and chickens. It was supposed to be for her injured chicken, Rainbow, who frequently comes inside. Rainbow has a penchant for trying to perch on the windowsill to gaze outside, so we thought this product would serve that purpose well. However, it turned out to be considerably smaller than I anticipated and lacks a sense of stability.The construction consists of standard metal tubing, but during assembly, we encountered a frustrating alignment issue with the holes for the hardware, making it challenging to piece together. The instructions were also of no benefit.Although this piece of cat furniture is not the most appealing aesthetically, it doesn’t clash with the decor if placed in a side window or at the back of the house.As for its functionality, Rainbow has yet to use it, but I’ve noticed some of the cats do take an interest—thankfully, they’re all small, weighing no more than five pounds each. I can only imagine if I had brought this into my home, where my cats, weighing 12, 15, and 20 pounds, respectively, would have likely caused it to collapse under their weight, possibly even pulling the windowpane out in the process.In summary, while this item may serve a temporary purpose, I would not consider repurchasing it or recommending it to others.

I really like this product, my cat seems to enjoy it as well. Everything seems stable enough and the bed/hammock is supper soft. My only complaint is that this piece did NOT fit my window so I was unable to set it up there due to the length being longer than all of my windows length.. I then tried to place it inside of my pet ferret terrarium that is approximately 11 inches wide but the hammock paired with its hardware was wider than my ferret terrarium so I was unable to set it up there ether. My last resort was to place it on the outside of my ferret terrarium for my cat and this seemed to work fine, not ideal placement but not a supper big deal as I will be looking for a house to move into in the next 6 months after my lease is up so I'll just be certain to measure the windows on my next home lol. The folding option is supper nice as my other cat hammock stays out all of the time and I have to leave my blinds open because of this. I really like that if I was able to place this in a window I could fold or up when not in use and close the blinds or drapes. Overall I highly recommend this product I have one other cat window bed/hammock and this one is better in more ways than one. This item is lighter in weight, the hammock part does well in the washing machine, the product is simple enough to put together and my cat seems to enjoy it so I'm very happy with the product! The dimensions of the product are approximately 24inches x 12inches x 12inches. Be mindful that the window pane/ glass part of the window will need to be at least 24 inches in length for the suction cups to be capable of attaching and fitting properly. My windows are 22 inches wide and the product was unable to properly suction cup to the window.
