The small harness can get down to my size 145lbs and 5'6", but the shoulders are made for a man's frame, so it will never fit me right, as I am a woman with narrow shoulders, so the shoulders on the harness want to fall off. Also, the padding on the legs is bulky and seems like it would more likely cause more rubbing and irritation than to help. It rubs together between the legs and pushes the legs apart with how bulky it is. Oh, and the harness is heavy. It does look nice and the workmanship appears to be of good quality, if my issues would not be your issues.
