I purchased the L/XL size, which I consider more of a 2XL size. I'm 5'11" 190 lbs and I would have had to be at least 6' 4" tall to fit into the "L/XL" size harness. I have not been a medium size in any clothing or harness for at least the last 25 years. Their S/M size might fit, but I won't roll the dice on another sizing error. As for the design, material and workmanship of the harness, it seemed fine. I returned it. The seller should provide a sizing chart with some details, which was unavailable when I ordered the harness.

The upper half is way to big for me, but yet the lower half works just fine. I'm 5'7 165#

The reason this harness costs roughly half of what you pay for a competing product is because it has less than half the life span. I ordered the Large around September 2023 and in less than a year the the padding started tearing away from the belt in a way that if it was allowed to continue, would've failed the belt entirely due to the stitching and design. It was okay while it lasted but I would not buy another one. Just spend the extra money and buy a better brand.

I would trust my life and another's with this harness. It maybe over kill for just solo climbing but you would be in great hands if that's what you use it for!
