Useful for giving a polished edge to garden tools. Been awhile since my garden loopers & hedge trimmers have seen any attention other than basic oiling for rust. Decided to give it a try with these over the weekend & was pleasantly surprised when I was able to give these a polished “strop belt” like treatment using these discs & compounds. The steel on them is not super hardened so I didn't need to use green compound which is pretty much carbide like dust. The ones included in this set work perfectly for polishing 95% of what most folks have in their tool shed. But yeah, both I & the tools were happily surprised by this kit, great for touching up tools that honestly probably should get more frequent attention than most of us give them.
