Initially I thought this mini fridge was great, but shortly after plugging it in I noticed water accumulating on bottom. Thinking it was a fluke I wiped it dry. Sadly it keeps happening and it’s not useable and I’m outside my return window. Do not recommend.

I got this because I was sick of storing my balms in my kitchen fridge for daily hair product use. I now use this little fridge in my bathroom and it works well overall. It isn't 100% perfect, but it is functional and serves it's purpose for the price. The inside is small, so don't consider storing much in here beyond small things. Large bottles, or bulky things won't fit. There is a shelf in here that comes out, and it's not all that useful for the space inside. The unit makes a small amount of noise, almost a hum. In an otherwise quiet bathroom it is noticeable slightly when doing things like taking a quiet bath, but definitely not noticable when doing things like brushing your teeth, talking, or being in an adjacent room. The only reason it isn't 5 is that there are some minor oddities of this. There is a small amount of condensation that forms inside, amounting to a few drops of water in the bottom each day. They generally come out on the bottom of products, and if they are plastic it isn't a big deal. But it is ever-present and noticeable. I would prefer this was near 100% quiet somehow-- like a higher tech thermo solution; but this is not that. I give this low tech at best. Overall for the small space inside, it is somewhat large, but that's also how insulation tech like coolers function.I don't like how different colors cost +/- $5-6 more or less. I wish they were all the same cost and in my mind this is a $20-$25 fridge at best. Not the $39 I had to pay for my preferred color. I'm keeping it however, as it fixed my issue-- I now have cold balm in the bathroom.I'm considering ways to mount this, make a shelf, or build it into my vanity to make it more seemless and mask the hum.UPDATE:Knocking a star off for this update based on energy inefficiency.Still does the job well running in my bathroom. The one drawback I seem to notice is that it is always running. I used an energy monitor and see that it runs at about 48 watts, continuously. It never cycles on/off to maintain it's internal temperature, it just runs always. Is there no thermostat involved? This means 1.3kwh of power each and every day. 475 kwh per year. That is approximately what my full-size house size refrigerator is rated at for the year. However, my house refridge actually only used 0.5kwh for the entire last week. So this little thing used 18x more power than my efficient fullsize fridge/freezer did last week? Still trying to gauge long term use, but this seems excessively high. It seems this little thing isn't meant to be run all the time, but just for occasional trips here or there. For now I've put it on a reduced schedule to run only a few hours a day.
