It is decorated with dragonflies outlined in gold and colored with teal, blue, purple and green. Designed with superior ocular comfort in mind this pillow will help create a gentle soothing touch over your eyes. For hot therapy, microwave one. For cold therapy, freeze one. Wonderful for covering the eyes and resting on your temples during a power nap or as you drift off to sleep. Hand-crafted in The Poconos of PA. It measures 10" long by 3.5” wide and a little heavier than the average eye pillow. The fabrics we use are of the highest quality and each individual pillow is lovingly made. They may vary slightly in size. To reinvigorate the pillow's scent, pinch or knead the pillow. You will feel the lavender buds open and release fresh scent. Comes with a matching slip cover. The seeds cannot be removed. The pillow is a wonderful cold compress out of the freezer, not to be confused with an ice pack. Freeze for as long as you like in the supplied zip lock bag or microwave in 15 to 20 intervals for no more than one minute. Packaged in a reusable pvc bag for a small carbon footprint.

I bought this for my Reiki clients and ended up deciding to keep it for myself! I will order another for that purpose. I love the size and the weight of this eye pillow. The scent is just right, not too much. I love that it is handmade and uses natural products. Beautiful fabric. Will purchase more and highly recommend.

Nice long perfectly weighted eye pillow. I'm using it for meditation. The scent is lavender but not overwhelming, very relaxing. Very nicely made & I don't forsee any problems with stitching becoming undone as mentioned in other reviews. Fabric is beautiful, not too stiff or flimsy & the outside case is a bonus to help keep clean for when I carry to yoga class. MADE IN USA! The ONLY thing I could suggest is adding a string tie to close the outer pillow case, but otherwise LOVE this! Reasonably priced would make a great gift.I can highly recommend this eye pillow.

I had one of these pillows before and it was great, silken and smooth with just the right amount of weight and lavender. I ordered a new one and looked through the various designs before picking one pattern that I liked. It turns out that the fabric was cotton, not silk or satin. Cotton, to me, on an eye pillow just seems coarse and warm vs silk's smooth coolness. I complained about the fabric and the seller said "read the fine print". Overall, I like the weight, size and scent but the seller needs to make perfectly clear, without reading the fine print, what fabric it is fashioned out of.

This is the 2nd pillow I have purchased. I’ve used the first one for heating and decided to get a second one to keep in the freezer. I get awful migraines and find these pillows help ease the headaches some. The scent certainly relaxes me a lot. The beautiful fabric and craftsmanship is amazing! Yes some threads have come undone after heating up often but nothing a quick trim couldn’t fix. I plan to get more in the future for gifts. Totally something you’d think you’d find on Etsy instead of Amazon.

I like it, the scent is great, not overpowering at all. When you want a boost of scent just press some of the lavender between your fingers and voila! Only complaint is that it is too wide and the lavendar falls to the sides of my head. I'll alter it when I have time to whip out the sewing machine.

Let me just start with saying that this is a beautiful eye pillow. The fabric is silky soft, and the amount of lavender (in my opinion) is perfect.The reason why I’m not giving this product a 5 star review is the stitching. The case that the eye pillow comes with (I’m writing this review two days after it arrived) already begun unraveling, and I can see the beginning of the same thing happening to the eye pillow. I read others comments about the threading coming undone quickly and I am having the same experience. I have only used it once so far to take a nap - no tossing and turning or rough handling done to this product at all. It’s beautiful, and I love the smell and everything about it - but the fabric/stitching quality seems to be less durable than it appears. I’m sad this won’t last for long, as I’ve had other ones last for 10+ years4/22:I am updating my review and lowering the rating because the stitching has now unraveled and I woke up with flax all over my face and bed. I am sad, and I do not recommend this product :(

This is the wife here. I had to buy this pillow for several reasons:1. I don't like having the tv on at night and guess what? the tv is on at night. So, now i can put this soft, scented pillow on my eyes. :)2. I like to buy local and from real people. PA is pretty local and she is pretty real. :)3. I'm so happy this contains all natural ingredients. Lavender and flax seeds. :)4. Soft fabric, well made. Nice pouch for the eye pillow to be stored in. Nice weight to the pillow. I love it!5. I know what I'm getting everyone for the holidays this year! :)

I think I might be allergic to the contents but I don't care! I LOVE the smell, LOVE the fabric, and LOVE the feel of it! I was a bit worried when I ordered this that the dragonflies might be stitched on and feel rough against my skin but they're not, they're woven into the fabric and very soft and shiny! The pictures don't do it justice so I'm including a few of my own to show what they look like at different angles in the light. I was also concerned with the strength of smell; some said too much, some said too little. I think it's perfect! I'd have loved some more but I think if there were as much as I'd like, it might be too strong for some to keep on their face for long. I can't even describe the fabric; it feels kinda stretchy (though I'm not sure it actually is) and soft. The weight and fill is perfect for its intended purpose, though I like to carry mine around from room to room just to keep sniffing and feeling it! Honestly, I thought the price was a bit steep and looked up all the ingredients to make my own. And sure, I could buy the fabric (Brocade), flax seed, and lavender buds to make some myself, but that seems like an awful lot of work! And I'm sure whatever Brocade I would find couldn't possibly be as beautiful as this one! If I ever have a need for more than 2 or 3 more, I might consider getting the ingredients and making my own but if you only need a few, this can't be beat! Did I mention that I love it? Because I LOVE it!
