I teach shotokan karate and this piece of equipment is great! Not only is is useful in kicking drills but I have developed punching drill for my students! I give it 5 stars and a finger snap🤌🏽

This was such a great and fun training tool for my 7 year old. However one of the coils which holds the top pad broke within a combined 1 hour of total use. Beware it appears there's no warranty for replacements.

I was expecting a good quality product considering the price tag. One of the pad spring was broke after very little use. The spring was bounded with the paint, so unable to absorb the shock.A real shame and a lot frustration with this product.No way to contact "AMAZON US" by a suitable way (sending a paper mail?!, really?) , I would like to have the piece replaced, even I would be keen to pay for it, but there is no an easy way to contact them.I hope to have an answer.

This is a great tool for practicing kicks without a partner. The height can be adjusted up or down by about 7 inches. It's made of heavy steel. The pads that come with it are actually the same ones you'd buy off the shelf for use with a partner and are held in place with meal hose clamps, so they can be easily replaced when they wear out.The instructions are minimal at best, with no text (see picture), so you have to use some intuition for assembly. In the 4th and 5th panels of the instructions they show a knob - there is no knob, it's the same bar-type style of adjuster as the rest, so don't panic and think it's missing parts.I only have two criticisms of this. 1) You have to adjust the paddles extremely tight to keep them in position so they don't drop toward the floor while using them. They should have included rubber washers or something to add some friction and avoid this.2) The paint scrapes off VERY easily. In the third pic you can see where just adjusting it up and down scraped off a line of paint.Would I buy it again? Yes.

Took about 45 minutes to put together. I mounted it onto a piece of 2x10 and then locked the 2x10 into a rockwell jawhorse vice.I spent about 10 minutes hammering it with kicks and punches and it's a pretty solid set up. The kicking targets that came with it are OK, but it is very easy to replace them when they wear out.If you take the pads out, the holders could be re-purposed to hold boards fairly easily.Happy with the purchase (please note that we got this a preopened package 'used')

It was way too wobbly and gives no resistance to any kicks or punches. Good idea, but way too soft spring to provide a firm target to kick at. I am returning it right away. I am so surprised for getting such a HIGH reviews.... I learned my lesson not to trust the reviews.

I absolutely LOVE these kicking pads. They work great for training my kicking combos without needing some to hold the kicking pads for me. Excellent for training spinning kicks too. It was easy to instal and is a sturdy product I have my students work on as well. I would recommend this product because it works fantastic for me. This is a must have for perfecting all kicks.

Product arrived on time. Was easy to assemble and mount. Pads are adjustable and great for multiple types of kicks and punches. It's like having a partner holding your pads.
