I ordered this because my daughter bought a large autograph ball at the Waste Management Phoenix Open for the golfers to sign. This is perfect for setting the ball (approximately the size of a volleyball) and displaying it in her room. Now it's not secure, so the ball can easily get bumped off, but for display purposes, we love this item. It's purposeful without distracting from the item being displayed. My only con is that the pegs are not secure. They don't screw in or anything like that so if you are moving the item be aware that the peg could easily fall out and get lost.

This was a cool find for my boyfriend who has no "home" for his basketball currently in our apartment. The base is a really thick (1cm) acrylic with no flaws. The golden pegs, you just push into the holes on the base. I thought they screwed in at first glance but they easily sit in the holes.Overall this is a nice simple basketball stand. I recommend!

We are displaying our signed footballs in our family game room along with other fan memorabilia.I like this display because it doesn’t take up a lot of room and is not a big glass case which is hard to fit on our shelf with other items. This stand gives us flexibility to put it on the shelf and not take up too much space so that we can display the other items as well. It comes with instructions, the base, self adhesive rubber feet for the bottom and the three gold pegs. The pegs do not stick into the holes by screwing them or push pushing them in where they do not come out. You can basically pull them out if you pick the display up with the peg. There is nothing holding them into the base. So when you move this display, you want to pick it up from the base so that the pegs do not come out. I do not see this as a problem because I do not need to pick it up by the pegs. I can pick it up with the base. Also, I like that the feet provided are clear so they aren’t noticeable on the base. They also have a very low profile which allows the display to be flat and not elevated. Overall, I’m impressed with the stand and find it very useful for our needs.

This is a very nice acrylic stand to be used for sports ball display. You have to insert the pegs. While the pegs are not "locked" in, unless you plan on moving your item already all the time, it shouldn't be an issue. I liked that they provided small anti-slip buttons to cover the holes to keep the stand in place and prevent scratching.

I've had this UGA football for roughly 16 years. It's sadly languished in a guest room closet all that time. That was until I found this acrylic ball stand! It seamlessly blends into the new bookcase in our new house. I even broke out the bike pump to inflate the ball so it can sit on this stand in all its (aged because I never took care of it) glory! The only con is that the pegs just sit in the stand, they are not firmly attached/able to screw in. But I won't be moving this around for the foreseeable future, so no biggie. Just be aware. I definitely recommend, especially if you too have a special ball that deserves to be displayed!

The pegs don't come attached, you have to set them up and they don't screw into place they just rest there. So as soon as you pick it up all of the pegs fall out. Really bad design.

Ingenious! So simple and yet so beautiful and utilitarian. It took all of 1 minute to open the package and put it together. The acrylic is pristine without a scratch or mark on it. It is crystal clear and our June 16, 2014 Brazil World Cup soccer ball fit atop it just perfectly in our soccer trophy and ball display case. I am about to order several more of this brilliant ball display for the case. I just love them.
