Honestly I wasn’t sure because of reviews. The pool needs a flat service it’s easy to set up and not a bad size at all I’m 5’10 I can sit and I can swim around without touching the bottom. We’re really enjoying it so far!! My one thing I wish I knew was the filtration system was very confusing to me I honestly still don’t even know if it’s set up properly but it seems to be doing what it is supposed to be. Something I would have liked to know is that the plastic circles on inside of pool have a cap over them that you remove.. we ran filter for 3 days before I noticed no water was being moved around the pool so I knew it wasn’t set up properly. Hoping it continues to work! Besides that we love our pool :)

I bought this pool on sale in April. We set it up when the weather got warm at the end of May. We filled it up and when we came out the next morning, there was water all over the tarp we had placed it on. The leak was coming from a seam underneath the pool.Polygroup was great to deal with initially and issued a replacement liner for us. It showed up a week ago and we set it up. I only put a few inches of water in it this time and thank goodness because this one was leaking from a seam on the bottom of the pool too.I contacted Polygroup and they said they'd send a 3rd liner. I asked for a refund but they said they didn't do this. I went through the company I bought it through on Amazon and they said I was outside my 30 day return policy and could do nothing for me.I am understanding of a return policy but when you have been given 2 pools that leak and are left with no pool still, it is unfortunate they couldn't refund my money. This is something I had no control over and left paying over $300 for no poolSo I would suggest not buying this pool.

Bought set up have lost my water twice was only up a month. I am the only one that uses. Took security camera thinking maybe animal not at all. Definitely no hole in rim. Stayed up all night literally had to add air every couple hours. The only thing it could be is a defective ring during day rim is fine at night needs air I live in pa temperature changes. On phone with them an hour and a half all kinds of excuses even because I didn’t use an electric pump. Said there is a warranty but I can use because I don’t know how to find the receipt on Amazon’s I sent them pictures that gives order number amount that it was paid for my address told them I never get a receipt all I get is an email saying it was delivered. Said had one like it before I bought this same kind never lost air when temperature changed so to me that would mean there is something wrong with this one. It’s not like someone wants a new one so they can keep adding water I have a well it cost me money between running pump and hopefully not drawing my well. Fill sorry for the people on phone they only work for them and can only do what they are told to bad the higher up don’t have the ——— to get on the phone. Would definitely not recommend this company

We previously had a small 8ft intex pool that died after several years of use, but with covid could not find a replacement last year. This year we invested in getting a bigger size pool, but not too big that it wouldn't fit on our patio for our growing 5 kids ages 8 - 18. This so far fits the bill. Took a while to fill but setup wasn't bad. We bought new puzzle exercise mats to fit the area under the pool and a bit extra as our old worn out black ones were not enough and falling apart. This provided a cushion between liner and brick patio. I ended up getting a pool ladder but could not find a reasonable priced 36 inch one to save my life. I ended up purchasing a 48 inch one and just did not install top step. Works great for 8 year old and others for ease of getting in and out. The top ring occasionally needs to be refilled a bit with air, but chalk this up to changes in temperature affecting pressure and it being new so may stretch out a bit more. I could only originally find a 12ft cover from intex which is way big for this pool. I realized it is because the pool is 12 ft at bottom but then slopes in a bit so it is really more like 11ft at top maybe. Not really a problem but good to be aware of. Believe me going from a tiny 8ft to this size is like heaven for my kids. Looking forward to a summer of fun and hope it last a few more seasons.

We got this pool because the pool in our town is going to be closed agian this summer. We didnt have much yard space on the side of the house we had to put it on so we went with this 12 ft pool. We had to level the ground as it was 8 inches difference from one side to the other. That was the the only pain in the process. The pool itself is super easy to set up. It's been up for 2 weeks now and no problems. It's only about 3 feet deep but it's been good for my wife and the kids she watches 7 8 and 10 years old. I'm 5'11 and I have no problem getting in it without a ladder the kids use a foot stool. My wifes 5'1 and she gets in without a step as well. So if you have a level yard and limited space I'd say this is a great buy supposing that for 300 dollars it lasts the summer. It's good for me to get in and cool off after work of course it's to shallow and small for any actual swimming for me but it's a great little wading pool so far. The pumps weak is my only complaint

First off: the total circumference of the top ring is NOT 12’. It’s 9’ (I measured). The 12’ is the total footprint. Def good info to have but don’t think you’re getting a pool with 12’ usable space, a lot of taken up to help stabilize the pool at the bottom. Also the pump that came with it was totally broken. Not inadequate, broken. I had already read up enough on these inexpensive pools to know I’d likely need to buy a better pump so I had already planned on that. I was lucky enough to do it early in the season and got one that was good for a pool twice the size for $50. Later in the summer that same pump was selling for $250.Overall, this was a good first attempt at an above ground pool. I am recycling the vinyl (we will upgrade next year) because it IS very thick and sturdy. No fear of puncturing this pool and having a huge gash. At most a puncture would not spread if addressed within a few hours. This is very strong vinyl. My two complaints were the broken pump and the fact that really only 9’ is useable. My 6 and 3 year old had fun but it was too small for myself or my 10 year old to join them and have any room to play.Planning to get a 15’ steel frame for 2021!

I love this little pool, but you definitely have to put it on a level surface and you also want to straighten out your wrinkles when you have only a little water in there. We didn't the first time, and we didn't get all of the height of the pool and also it was very lopsided. We had to drain and refill. It is a really good value for your money and it is a good little pool if you have kids or just want to float when it's too hot to do anything else (like me). The only complaint I have is the pump sucks. It works, but not for the size of pool that it is. Also, the plug in for it is huge and won't fit in our outdoor outlet. I wish it was smaller and I wish the pump was stronger. But you don't REALLY need a pump for a pool that size if you just use a floater and some chemicals to treat the water. But it would be nice if it came with plugs for the holes in the pool where the pump connects, so you don't have to use it.
