The tub out of the box looked like nice quality but that was not the case. First time it was filled with water the tub leaked all over the entire garage. Customer support email does work in getting a response however the response is not helpful. The tub is leaking from the seams at the bottom. Wish it worked since I bought a water chiller, pump and filter and had everything setup for daily use. Now looking for a better option since I’m not receiving any help to resolve the defective tub.

This has got to be the most spacious and easiest to assemble cold pod. It took me a total of 5 minutes to set it up. It comes with so many things that you have to pay extra for with other companies such as: extended drainage hose, cover, 3 large bags to freeze into big blocks of ice, super easy instructions. I’m very impressed. And ONLY $100. It keeps the water cold so you don’t have to refill all the time and I like to throw in the ice blocks 5-10 mins before I go in to really make it cold. The material of the pod is super durable would not go with any other brand. When I have a bigger space I’m definitely getting their recovery barrel!

I looked everywhere to try and find a cheaper inflatable option with the chiller valves built into it and I couldn’t find any. I was worried it wouldn’t be that great but so far this thing is awesome. Really sturdy and roomy. I’m 6,4. 225 pounds. I can fit in it comfortably. But no one is getting in it with me. Unless they wanna be really friendly. lol.I paired this up with a Plunge 1HP Pro chiller I got from Plunge on a Father’s Day sale. I live in Phoenix Arizona where it’s 120 in the summer on average. The tub is outside. It is under a cover though. Where it never gets direct sun or direct rain. So far it’s still getting down to temperature and I haven’t actually gotten in it yet. But it is 115 outside right now and it’s down to 42 so far. Still dropping slowly. The tub isn’t sweating or anything. If you touch it, it isn’t cold or hot on the outside. So that tells me it’s pretty darn insulated. And I sat on the lid of this thing, it held me no problem. You will need a step stool if you’re shorter than 6 feet though. Will return with how I feel about it after a few weeks of use.

I don't know how common this is, but mine has a slow leak around the lower inlet valve. It's leaking on the vinyl area not the valve itself. The tank still works and the leak is slow. Just don't put this anywhere you don't want water constantly trickling out.

Love it did it for the first time tonight. Thing is great for the money. Super sturdy. I am 200lbs and can sit on the cover no problem and it is strong. Super easy to get in and out of. I am 6’ 3” and can lay in no problem.

Sturdy, looks great and works well. Walls are supportive and allow you to get in and out easily. I recommend having a small stool to step onto to get in or out. This tub is large and will fit a grown man (5’10 and up) pretty easily with room to spare. It came with a carrying case but I would not consider this very easily portable. I’m sure you could take it from one place to the next but it’s heavy and big.
