If you are one of those people who likes to follow the letter of the law, then you know that part of the requirements for displaying the American Flag in our country is to light the flag at night if it is left out. I don't know anyone who brings their flag in (myself included) , but very few have a light on the flag in the dark hours. While not technically a "law", I do respect the flag and I wanted to at least make a reasonable attempt at lighting my flag pole.I didn't expect too much from this little light, and it doesn't do a whole lot, but it does what it advertises. It saves me from having to hard wire a light source for my flag pole, and that is worth something. You can't really go wrong with this.
