The shoes were too small. I initially did a replacement online thinking I could get a bigger size, but realizing they would replace it with the same size shoe, I canceled the order. Now I can’t process my return. I keep getting a message that my “replacement has been completed” and “ there is no need to return the shoes”. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the seller. After several days with no response I sent a message to the seller but still no reply. It appears that there will be no refund so some kiddo will up with new shoes in their Christmas shoebox.Every cloud has a silver lining.

These are great shoes, my daughter loves them, and so far they are holding up well!
