hello,we used to use the regular rubber cement for permanent placement of photos for various scrapbook and other projects. it worked well and there was never a run off like white glue sometimes does when placing a photo or two. the problem with the rubber cement is the powerful odor. so, that is to be taken into consideration when using any of this style of glue, repositioning or not.there was one different usage for this repositionable glue, it was used as a paint masking tape for model car construction and painting. put it on, cut your design, spray, and when drying, roll off the repositionable rubber cement. it is neat and clean without having to use masking tape on small projects. it still works on being able to move photos placed on a page to a different place.a great product and great helper in model cars and home projects.

If you like to make collage, this glue is great! I like the fact that in case of, you can always undo what you have glued without tearing your paper: believe me it saves time and efforts. Just be careful to ventilate the room where you use it: in effect, it has a strong odor so I would not use it in presence of children or animals. It seems other people use it to glue many other materials than paper and I am surprised it can be so resistant. However, when you use it for paper and let it dry for a while then you obtain a nice and great collage. Do not forget to use a crepe rubber to erase all trace of glue so you have a clean piece of art!

Elmer's makes a great product... bought this to replace an older bottle that had dried out. I use this for many things and it always works great!

It's rubber cement, so not much to say about that. Took off one star because when it arrived, the top was slightly loose and there was rubber cement all over the top of the bottle.It was easily cleaned off, but still an inconvenience.That said, Elmer's is the best rubber cement I've found, so I'll order it again when this runs out.

Product was fine for class project. However, I should have compared the cost. I paid $4 each for a small bottle when a bottle double the size in a local store was the same price. They had been out of stock so I jumped in this order. Value is disappointing. Product is fine though.

I love to use this No-Wrinkle Rubber Cement for our lapbooking projects. We homeschool and have a lot of neat projects that we do. It seems to be much easier to use than glue bottles or sticks since we can paint it on. It bonds great but you will need to sit some heavy books or something on thicker paper, like cardstock, until it is dry.
