This is very cheaply made. It feels like tin. The clasp is worthless. There is nothing for the clasp to hold on to. It looks like a dollar store item. I can't believe the company has been around for so long selling cheap crap.

Christmas gift so don't know how well it works. We had one similar when I was growing up & loved it. Hope this one is as good for campfire pop corn.

This is what I have been looking for my whole life! Super easy to make popcorn and was so delicious! I’ve struggled with jiffy pop over the campfire for years, burned it everytime. Popcorn easy to make, delicious and the long handle was perfect over the campfire. My whole family enjoyed!

I used this several times and it performed well each time. I put a little Olive Oil in the pan and yellow kernels. It pops in a matter of minutes, tastes great, and does not get hot on the handle. The only issue is the lid clamp could be a bit better design.

We used this to roast chestnuts over the fire in our fireplace and it worked very well. The handle was long enough to place the basket over the coals safely without risking getting burned or having to use gloves.

Fun addition to our camping adventures! Fun to use over the campfire. My 6 year old daughter loves it when my husband cooks the popcorn over the campfire! This is made of very thin material, so it must be watched very carefully over the fire.

Bought it last year and used it a couple of times over the summer to make popcorn while camping and it worked great. We used it over a campfire most of the time. One time we even used it with the heat from the chimney of a chiminea. We had no problems with the black coating coming off as reported in other reviews. It heats up quickly, so you don't need a real hot fire and never had a problem with the handle becoming too hot while in use. If you enjoy camping and popcorn, I would recommend this item.
