I purchased this ruler for both fabric and paper crafting. The ruler arrived without any damage.I have a similar ruler of a popular brand that I am comparing this ruler with. I have included a photo of this ruler alone and one of it stacked on my previous ruler.This ruler is clearer than my other brand. It is not as thick, but it is equally sturdy. They both have a hole for hanging the ruler, though the hole on this item is a slightly smaller diameter than the other ruler I have. When I line the rulers up (second photo), the measurements are all similar so I believe the markings on this item are all accurate. My other ruler has dashed lines that mark each half-inch while this ruler does not. I do like having the additional half-inch grid for measurements. This ruler has angle measurements from the center of the ruler rather than the edge and it does not have 15-degree markings. This doesn't bother me as I don't use the angle measurement feature, but this could be relevant to other users. It also does not have any curved markings. Again, I don't use that feature, but it is present on my previous ruler brand.This ruler is very smooth on both sides, but I didn't have an issue with it shifting on fabric when I was preparing for a cut.

After just purchasing a new Singer sewing machine designed for quilting, I'm pretty jazzed to begin learning to quilt! This 6.5 x 12 inches Transparent Quilting Ruler with 12pcs Non-Slip Silicone Grips, currently offered by Imgetto, is a nice addition to my growing quilting tool collection.Made of sturdy, transparent (after removing the protective film) acrylic, this ruler seems thick enough to fend off cuts from a rotary tool. The markings are clear, distinct & accurate, and the size is useful for measuring the components of many crafting projects. Quilting/sewing rulers are super expensive in the stores, and at the current spring 2025 price, this ruler feels like a steal in comparison! Definitely recommend!

This ruler seems on par with the other quilting rulers I own but was cheaper. It came with stick on robbery grippers so the ruler will not slide on the fabric as you cut. It has the 30, 45, and 60 degree angle lines to cut triangles. I haven't had it long enough to know if the markings are durable.

This is an excellent ruler. It’s about an ⅛ of an inch thick, as you would expect with a ruler designed to be used with a rotary cutter. There is a film over the top to protect it during shipping. Once peeled away, it's crystal clear underneath.The lines are clear and easy to read. I own similar rulers that are twice the length, but they can be cumbersome at times. This shorter ruler is perfect for those instances.I did not receive silicone feet with mine. I would not have used them anyway, so I don’t care about that. I prefer being able to slide my ruler around easily and having it flat against the surface I’m measuring or cutting.

The price point is good for a starting ruler. The measurements are printed on the back or bottom of the ruler. The markers are in black and yellow. It measures true to size. It's nice that they included 30, 45, & 60-degree angle lines. It's the same width as name brand quilt rulers. You do need to peel off the protective layer when it arrives. It smell like laser cut acrylic, but the scent quickly goes away. The ruler is smooth and corners sharp. They include non-slip pads, but I prefer no pads. Pads add an extra mm instead of sitting next to the fabric the ruler sits on top. This ruler is made from sturdy acrylic material that is crystal clear, allowing you to view what's underneath easily. It has dark gold grid lines one inch apart with 1/8" marked increments in between. It also has diagonal markings that are useful for quilt making.

I am a long-time quilter and a fan of the name-brand quilting rulers similar to this. You must remove the film from one side of this ruler, which is easy once you get a hold on it. It comes with 12 silicone circles meant to be placed on the back to keep it from slipping when cutting fabric. A real advantage for me is its unique size, being 6.5" wide instead of 6". The edges seem a little sharper than the name brand, but I am pleased overall.
