bought this about 1-1/2 years ago. Everything fit and was easy to install. unfortunately two of the wheels broke off this week. I had hoped for a longer life. that's why i gave it 3 stars.

My Polaris 280 is pretty old and has not been getting half the pool. I replaced the supply hose (as it was getting stiff) - didn’t do a lot…moved more.Order this kit and chose it over others because it included the driveshaft assembly where some others did not. Luckily I did that because my old one was stripped a little which was definitely impacting the drive. The parts seem similar to OEM and I hope they are stainless steel. This went together in about 45 mins…took my time.It would be VERY beneficial to add a few step-by-step directions - would have made easier and faster. Had to search for instructions from a different kit which was better documented - debated knocking a star off - so good to see the Polaris go - in 30 mins it cleaned 90% of pool. Hope it is durable like OEM.

one of the plastic wheel hinge off gear drive side broke off. other two wheels are fine. It only lasted less than 6 months. you may save at start but in long run i regret it because now i need to buy another kit.

Although there were not step-by-step instructions, I was able to easily do my repair in 30-45 minutes. The parts seemed to be quality and my Polaris is roving around the pool again without getting stuck and is cleaning like it was in the beginning. I'd buy this again - probably will have to in a few years.

Photo shows that the kit includes a collection bag….I received no such bag.
