I loved the idea of this personalized QR code tag—it’s sleek, modern, and seemed like a smart upgrade from traditional tags. Unfortunately, the elastic slide that holds the tag in place broke within a few days of light use. My dog isn't especially rough on her gear, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Without a secure attachment, the tag is useless. Great concept,

This is a very nice tag. I scanned it and set it up with minimal effort. It was a little more difficult to edit after I'd saved my data with an error in it, but I figured that out, and it's perfect.I had my tag etched with the QR code and phone numbers in case someone can't scan it. I would buy again.

Have had it on my dogs collar for over a year and still holding strong. I love the fact that you can put your info on and then register all your info on the link with the QR code so someone can scan it and see everything about your dog.

Had three of these purchased, two in February 2024 and one in April 2024 and none are readable in November 2024 and one broke off of the collar

I don’t tend to leave Amazon reviews but I spent over $100 on tags for my 4 dogs and these are not as advertised. I was so excited about these that I clicked “buy an extra for $x.xx”. First of all, the attachment is tiny even for the large size. You can barely see the QR code or writing on it. The durability of these is horrible. We haven’t been using them for a month yet and all 8 of the “holders” have broken. Our dogs sleep 80% of the day and we take them to the park 3 times a day which is fenced in and the collars come off to prevent rough housing and grabbing of collars. And lastly, you CANT edit the profile to each QR code after you save it. This was the largest reason for purchasing these as we thought we would be able to edit the profile if we move. Durability, size, performance, readability, and appearance are not as described and quite frankly, a sad way to see over $100 go down the drain as we will now have to buy different ones elsewhere.

I found this product through their advertisements on FB, which touted a QR code dog collar tag that would allow you to add photos, medical information, and other details about retrieving your pet if they ever became lost. So I bought two for my two dogs who both have medical issues.Problem is, they don't actually allow you to do *any* of that in their app without additional fees ($50-200). All the app gets you when the QR code is scanned is your contact information and your dog's name. What the heck did I pay for this dog tag for??? I could have just bought a normal engraved tag with my dog's name and my phone number on it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, it is an absolute ripoff/scam.As someone who works professionally in the tech industry, I know for a fact that it costs pennies to set up enough server infrastructures that can store infinite photos and videos and far less than the cost of a single pet QR code tag sale to fund a website server monthly (which it appears these sellers are using).Absolutely pitiful offering to their customers, the quality of the actual tag is not sturdy at all, nor does the size fit with standard collars. Had to tie it on with separate cord. In addition, the name of the dog and the QR code does not stand out at all (in comparison to the photos on this listing).To the sellers - DO BETTER!!! This is outrageous and infuriating. I'm tempted to contact the better business bureau, because you are profiting on false advertisements and the intentional and manufactured ignorance of your customers. Irresponsible and shameful.

The product is cute and shipped pretty fast but the ink in the engraving is lighter than the pictures. Additionally, to use the full spectrum of the QR code the memberships us $199! Which is ridiculously expensive. The ‘lite’ membership just allows a name and number which is already on the tag, so kinda pointless of a QR code if you can’t afford the premium membership.

This tag looks great on my dog’s collar. I ordered the biggest one, and it fits just fine around my dog’s beefy collar (Great Dane). The is plenty of stretch in the opening to get it around. Laser engraving is perfect with no errors.To those complaining about the “hidden” price of 60 dollars for the QR code to work: the free version works and does exactly as intended. You scan the code, and it brings up my information to contact. One review I read was upset they couldn’t add a picture of the dog in the free version; if someone finds and scans it to contact you, they are literally looking at your dog.Great product, great seller. Will be ordering all future pet tags from them.
