This plastic box was thin and poorly made. The clasp was crooked and it looked like anyone could break it open. Also we have a long driveway with a gate and I planned to put it at the gate. Unfortunately for me the internet didn’t reach to the gate so the smart lock didn’t work at all.

The box lock is horrible to program, user unfriendly.The parcel box is good, no hard ware to mount the box. The lid hinges are very weak. I replaced them with stronger hinges.

I have posted laminated instructions from all delivery services, written instructions on the Amazon website for my deliveries, and a BoxLock sign adjacent to the parcel container/ BoxLock. None of the delivery services uses the BoxLock. WASTE OF MONEY. Do not buy.
