I purchased 2 of these, one for me and one for a friend. Though the description says “one size fits most,” don't expect it to fit an adult. I don't have a very large neck, but this would not even fit half way around. The one I purchased for my friend also didn't fit him, so he gave it to his son, who is a 10 year old skinny kid. Though it did fit him, there isn't a lot of room to spare. He will probably out grow it within a year. I returned the second and there were not any issues with the return. Other than the size, and the misrepresentation, it is a nice protector, which is the reason for the 2 stars.

Would have gone 5 stars however its a little small for me (i'm 6'3 and 240 pounds) - otherwise its well made although i haven't been shot in the neck to report how it actually performs.
