This yellow/gray body strap and matching four adjustable bands are reflective and perfect for visibility during the day and the early evenings. The smaller straps work well for securing your pants leg material from flapping around and possibly getting caught in the bicycle chain while riding. Most bicycle accidents involve motor vehicle drivers not seeing cyclists, so anything you can wear that is bright and reflective should definitely help to prevent being struck and maybe injured. I like to run early in the morning—like 5 AM—when it’s still dark out.It’s just me running, some crazy bikers cycling, and sleepy people driving around. Just last month, I almost got run over twice while crossing the street at a crosswalk. So, I came to Amazon looking for something to help.I hope this thing works! It’s reflective, bright, and yeah… you’ll probably look like a garbage man—but hey, nothing wrong with that. At least they’re not the ones getting run over (I don’t think).5 stars!
