You want a super fluffy and full tutu? You found it! My 2 year old is in love with this thing. I actually purchased it for my 11 year old to wear for a Barbie dress up day at school but my 2 year old has claimed it lol and yes it fit both of them! Very nice elastic waist and extremely good quality. My 11 year old is on the smaller side and was prolly almost too large for this. But this is the best tutu we own and with a 2 year old princess in the house we have quite a collection. Great value for the $!

Super fluffy, this is the BEST tutu I’ve found on Amazon! Beautiful color and quality. Worth the money. Will definitely buy more. And like the other comments mentioned yes they need shorts underneath.

I wanted a tutu for my dog for a dog obstacle mud run and wanted it bright and colorful. I looked through so many brands and the photos looked great but the customer images showed dull boring tutus. This one has lots of layers so each color is bright and clearly visible to produce a nice rainbow. The waistband is also soft and super comfortable so I don't need to worry about it rubbing her belly raw when she runs.

The colors a vibrant. I bought for my granddaughter for their school “team colors”. It fits the 2nd grader perfect. A little snug for 5th grader. Prob not for 9 urs & up.
