These pieces are sturdy and if you're creative they're pretty flexible for what you can do. I use the toast piece upside down and propped a Cornish Hen on it. That gave the Cornish Hen air flowing all the way around it and it cooked perfectly and evenly. I started out with the breast side down for half the cooking time and then flipped it over for the last half.

My B & D air fryer turned 3 years old this past Christmas. It's small 2 qt/ 1.8 l.I had to be careful what I cooked in it just due to cooking space. These wire racks added some much needed area to allow me to cook whatever in one pass instead of 2. Easy to clean, takes up a wee amount of storage when not in use.

This is a very nice set of accessories for an Air Fryer, and definitely worth the money, but be advised that the kabob skewers are only 1 inch from each other, so the pieces on the kabobs have to be less than 1 inch in size to fit next to each other.
