I bought a similar reel from another "brand". Both reels are identical but I took a chance on this one due to the picture showing a whip hose coming out of the support pipe's base, the other brand used the support pipe as the water pipe. My problem with the last brand is that it was full of rust inside of the pipe... BEWARE the picture of this product does not match the product! It does not have that extra hose that appears to come out of the end of the pipe. Instead it has a fitting attached directly to the base of the pipe and is identical to the other brand found here on Amazon. Shining light into the pipe I see rust, like the other brand, so I did not even bother hooking it up. To be fair this product will work as long as you don't care about rust in your water and that it is missing the hose that would prevent the rust from being in the water in the first place.

I have this in my shop. It gets used often. For what it is it's great. Hard to real up if the pressure is on but if the pressure is relieved first it winds right up. Perhaps a power reel would be better but for what I do it is great.
