I bought these for a 32-person poker tournament, and I am so happy I did so. I ordered my set and immediately contacted the company to customize my order. They were very responsive, and my order showed up as expected. The chip quality is very good for the price and the reflective stickers on each chip are a nice touch. They stack very well and carry a good weight. The case is very nice and when all the chips are in the case it looks very professional. One important note, the delivery requires a signature or UPS will not leave them. Make sure someone is home to sign for them on day of delivery to avoid delays of getting these awesome poker chips.

So, i'm still oiling my chips, it takes a while - but i thought i would throw in some feedback for anyone who wanted to see these chips in action. the seller lets you customize your chip distribution, so i went to about 35k per rack which felt good to me. (5x5000, 5x1000,5x500,10x100,15x50,20x25,20x10,20x5) and i couldn't be happier. the chips are solid and beautiful - the laser stickers are recessed so there's no worry about contact on their edges causing lift. the colors are easy to discern, although i do think that had i used 1's in my load out that i would have been worried about the 1s and 50s..as for the oiling, in case you are concerned - i just take a microfiber towel and dip mineral oils on one corner, put a chip in that end, buff it with the mineral oils and then switch the chip to the clean corner and buff it without the oils, then i lay out the chips to air dry for 8-12 hours. they would probably benefit from being left out longer, but it was good enough for me.the oiling gets off casting deposits and manufacturing remnants and also protects the composite clay material. it also has the benefit of providing a bit of a protective sheen that gives it brighter vibrance and lets the chips move against each other easier. it is not a necessary step, but if you are willing to take the time its worth the payoff in the end.

Right off the bat, these chips are great quality. Nice weight, clean design & great overall. I like this design as well because they don't have the $$ sign so you can use them as dollar values or penny values, depending on how you setup the game. I was concerned that the plexiglass case was going to be thin and cheap, but it's actually very nice. Heavy duty materials and doesn't feel cheap at all. I did have a hand full of chips where the stickers didn't match the set, some of them were off-center and one chip had a manufacturing defect, but I sent customer service an email with photos and 4 days later I had replacement chips that perfectly matched the rest of the set. The one thing that I'm not super fond of is how similar the color is between the 10 & 100 chips. In the photos they look very different, but on the poker table it can be difficult to tell them apart. Just a minor gripe, but want to be honest in my review. Overall, great value for the money and I know that they will last a lifetime.

Absolutely excellent chips, worth the price. Having used them several times now I can say they run rings around any other cheap set of chips. The color and design of the actual chips are just what the product picture shows. I was nervous that the stickers would peel off in the center but they are heavily glued on so you would have to purposely try to pick at them for it to peel.The carrying/ display case works great and has a real casino feel displaying the vibrant colors all stacked up. All in all the chips are worth the price and really give casino nights that immersion that’s missing from those cheap plastic chips you get at the store.

Like: not exactly like a casino chip in a good way. I think they feel better! Great weight, nice sound, very smooth. Bonus that it comes with the acrylic case and trays. Easy to carry the case, feels sturdy. I feel like they will laste a really long time. No misplaced stickers. Some chips had some minor issues , but the manufacturer said all i have to do is send them pics and they will send replacements for free. Worked with seller after purchase to get custom order. All the numbers cant be changed , like 25 denomination is color green, black is 100 etc. but you can order specific amounts. I ordered 850 greens cause we use quarter denominations and 150 mix of others. Very responsive customer service. Happy with these chips!! Sticker is set under where your finger would touch, so it wont peel. Definitely recommending to my friends to buy .Dislike: cards they come with are cheap, gave to my 4 yr old. Seller should just sell chips and case. Anyone paying this much for chips is going to buy their own better quality likely plastic deck of cards too. Seller could save money to just not include the cheap cards. I bought this for the poker chips, so no biggy that the cards are cheap.UPDATE: I have had the chips for about a year. I noticed some chips had a different sticker. I contacted the seller and they resolved the issue promptly. Excellent customer service. Would definitely buy from this seller again. They stand by their product!
