I wasn't sure in the beginning but as said in the writeup before I bought them, the zoles seem to have vacated the area they were infesting.

Wow, these spikes actually seem to be working and we've reordered three times to get more of them. We've tried so many things to get rid of moles and so far this is the best product AND the easiest to use. I do have to mow around the spikes, but I can deal with that if the moles leave our property. I accidently hit one with the mower, but it did not damage the blades. I can hear these spikes when I walk around, but it isn't overly loud and not offensive.

Be careful when mowing or weed eating, they break very easy. I slightly it one while weed eating and it burst into a thousand pieces. But they do seem to work, the mole activity seemed to stop when I installed these. But it could be a coincidence, I'm not sure.

Got these for gophers (3 in yard) and the odd snake. After one day, the gophers were gone. I filled in their holes and no signs of return. Oh, haven't seen any snakes around either. Also, hasn't affected the animals we want like birds and squirrels.

Placed them in the yard, moles continued to dig more tunnels all around them. I tried several locations and inserted them at different depths, but still did not stop the moles. Moving on to another solution.

These do not work. I was very hopeful but, we ended up having 2 fire bushes chewed at the roots and killed. I had had them for 8 years. We ha e mole hills and vole tunnels right where these were at.

I don't know for sure yet, however. I have about two acres of lawn in the country and not a few moles, but a mole metropolis. I got 8 of these and put them all around in a perimeter. This was on the advice of a friend who's neighbors got some of these (may not be the same brand) and neither one of them has had issues with moles. I have tons of mounds in my yard. One of the stakes was placed about 20 feet from two fruit trees that have tons of mole hills around them. I noticed a new one the other day--they have been in the ground for about 2 weeks maybe. I am looking carefully as I mow, and if no more show up I'm pleased and will give a 5 star rating and order more.

I got a box that half of them had been used Still had mud on them and to make it worst one did not work at all
