This was ordered to re-install the fixture in an upstairs bathroom. the old one had several deep scratches on it so I wanted a new one. Part works great and looks amazing with our whirlpool tub/shower remodel.

Pros:As expected build quality, you get what you pay forEasy to install, clear instructions.Very close match to Grohe Starlight Chrome in colorCons:Turning the handle doesn't have a great feel to it, like the machining quality of the some of the parts isn't super high quality, but for the price maybe it's fine.

I modified it to make it a shut down valve as well. It comes with the function, just not compatible with my valve. Overall it’s good.

Works great, looks nice but nothing is labeled so it takes some getting used to and learning because obviously more then 2 functions were added to use w/this item. Great product- DEFINITELY SHOULD BE LABELED SOMEHOW, somewhere on the front!!

I purchased 6 moen products on Amazon for a washroom build. 3 have been flawed in some way. This was the worst. The plate is... I dont know what it is... it's like they forgot to put the screw holes in and instead put in random dimples in a different spot. See the picture and compare it to what it is supposed to look in the ad. I know moen will send me a new part but in the meantime this sucks. Anyone who has done a washroom knows you dont want to wait half a week to get a part that should have been right in the first place. I buy moen because I want to open the box and install it with zero issues and that's been a complete fail this time. I like moen, I like amazon, but the combination is not a winner.
