I'm actually surprised that my wife likes sauna blankets. She's a very 'hot sleeper' and invariably kicks our blankets off during the middle of the night. We've had to go to great lengths to get cooling blankets, cooling pillows and pillowcases, etc. It goes without saying that we keep the air conditioner on year round to the point it often feels like a meat locker in our bedroom.Despite all of this, she loves sauna blankets and particularly this one. Her explanation is that it helps her muscles recover when they're sore (she's a yoga instructor so that happens a lot). She also says it 'de-stresses' her which I find really surprising since any type of warmth in our actual bed does just the opposite. The blanket itself is constructed of several layers including an EMF shielding layer which reduces electromagnetic field exposure. I'm not sure how much that concerns me, but my wife is pleased to have that protection. There's also a fire protection layer which IMO is more reassuring. The product description says to use it four times a week and my wife probably uses it five times a week so I guess that's a good estimate. The blanket has built in overheat protection and that's definitely a good thing. It's a good size for my wife (6' x 2.95') and it looks and feels well made and durable. It comes with detox wraps--I don't think she's used them but if you're looking to eliminate toxins they're likely useful. Works well, easy to use and requires little or no cleaning. She says it's just like cleaning a yoga mat--you just wipe it down with water in a spray bottle when you're done. She's happy with it so that's what matters most to me. Recommended!

I used this for about 40 minutes on 130 degrees. It was very comfortable and at no time did I feel too hot. I did sweat but not enough for me. I wore my winter pjs with socks to absorb the sweat. Here's what is really great about this! I have been having dark circles and puffiness under my eyes but after I did this one session it's gone!My skin looks better all over my body.I felt really good! I felt energized and happy afterwards. I think that I will use this before working out. It seems that this will very much aid my efforts. It is super easy to set up! Just take it out of the bag, lay it flat, plug it in. The controller is so easy to read and to use. The heat setting is on one side and the time is on the other of the face on the device. The sauna blanket automatically shuts off when the time set is done. It's kind of hard to get back into the bag but I did it so you can too!I watched a bunch of videos about these blankets and it seems this one is the best value for the money! Others cost up to $900! For this price, you can get one for everyone in your family! The outside and inside are super easy to wipe down with a wet cloth.Really great item! Love the benefits it gives!I'm always trying to find ways to improve my health and wellness so laying in a blanket for an hour while watching Survivor to feel great afterwards is super awesome!

This infrared sauna blanket honestly delivers on every promise. The heat is consistent and adjustable, the timer works great, and the far infrared warmth feels like it’s reaching deep into muscle tension and inflammation — exactly what I hoped for. Whether you’re using it for detox, circulation, chronic pain, or just an end-of-day wind-down, it absolutely holds its own as a home spa tool. The quality is solid — no weird smells, no cheap feel. The materials are smooth and durable, the blanket heats up quickly, and it folds down neatly into its case when not in use. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart after a few uses, which is honestly refreshing. But here’s what’s not in the product photos: if you wear above a US women’s size 18, this blanket likely won’t fit comfortably — or at all. It’s snug even at that size, and there’s no stretch or adjustment built in. That lack of size inclusivity is frustrating, especially at this price point. Bodies of all sizes deserve access to healing tools like this, and it wouldn’t take much to make this more accommodating — even an optional extension panel would help.Final Thoughts:If you’re under a size 18, this is a luxe, effective at-home infrared sauna experience. But if you’re above that range, be warned: the design may exclude you. Here’s hoping manufacturers start considering all bodies when they build tools for wellness.
