I just love this muffin pan! First off, the nonstick coating actually works—no fighting to get muffins out, and cleanup was a breeze (I just popped it in the dishwasher, but even hand washing would’ve been easy). The color is a lovely evergreen that adds a nice pop to my kitchen, too.It bakes beautifully. The muffins came out evenly golden, thanks to that heavy-duty aluminized steel. I’ve also used it for mini frittatas and even some little brownie bites, and everything baked evenly and released without any trouble.The extended handles are a smart touch—I didn’t have to wrestle with the oven mitts trying to get a grip. I felt steady and safe lifting it in and out, which isn’t always the case with bakeware.Best part? My granddaughter and I baked a dozen cupcakes together, and she had a ball decorating them. It’s the perfect size for a little baking project with her.
