It fit post and globe shade perfectly. The key is to match the 12" globe to the medium base. Large 16 " base too large for the post and globe. Be careful when ordering to select the proper size for your existing globe and post.

This was a perfect match to my previous fitter. It does have a ground wire. Customer service stated that it did not, but it does.

I have used this product a few times. The quality is good and I received it in a timely manner. The fixture is made of aluminum so I’m wondering where is the ground wire? I added one for my installations.

I’m recommend mending this product made by aluminum fit perfectly to my aluminum pole 3inch wide and my plastic globe

Description on Amazon did not state that product should only be for a metal pole and that it took a 1500 Watt bulb.
