If you are looking for dumbbells j/fit sells the neoprene grip weights that are easier to use than standard dumbbells. Great for seniors, rehab, or arthritic patients. I'm using this resistance band to do some light exercises throughout my workday. It's working great for that purpose and nice that I can quickly get it out, knock out some basic exercises, and then store it away in the corner of my home office with it taking very little space. The lightweight and small storage footprint will also make this a great travel companion. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and, so far, pleased with the quality and durability.

Good resistance bands that are compact and easy to use for travel. I selected this with on the go work outs in mind. It's a light duty tubing with good hand grips. I like having something like this that is easy to pack to help me stay in shape when I don't have easy access to my gym. This is working well for that need. There are so many different exercises you can do with this resistance tubing that it can give you a total bodywork out without a lot of equipment. This is working for me.

I got this guy for quick little workout at home, and it gets the job done. I definitely recommend “sizing up” per say. I got the lightest one cause I’m weak, but after a few days I’m definitely gonna need a stronger one for workouts. I stretch every night and this amount of strain is absolutely perfect for stretching and YouTube has a ton of reference videos for it. I also like that this came with some exercises to do to get you started if you’re only an at home gym girly.

This is an adequate light-duty resistance band. Its quality seems in line with the price. The resistance is about what I expected for the "light" variant, and the handles have enough padding to be comfortable. One thing I do not like is that there is no pivot mechanism for the handle to rotate relative to the band. The clips being plastic also makes me wonder exactly how much stretch this can tolerate before becoming a hazard, which is a little concerning.All that said, this is going to work just fine for a budget, light resistance band.

As an amateur with virtually no experience, I thought the bands seemed nice and had a good stretch. The handles are soft, which felt nice in my hands as well.

Unfortunately the clip snapped while putting the handle on for the very first time. Not worth the effort of returning.

I own several different resistance levels of the j/fit tubing because I like the versatility of the tubing with the clips on the end. The tubing comes with a comfortable, sturdy, easy to grip neoprene handle. When the tube breaks, or I want to replace it (I replace my tubing every 18 months to keep the resistance level), I only have to order the replacement tubing at a much reduced price vs. purchasing an entire new unit. I am a personal trainer and the clip end allows me to perform several different exercises with my clients. I like to keep the handle on one end and clip the other to a fence while teaching my baseball players. I also use the clip end to attach to equipment so my clients can perform shoulder and rotator cuff exercises. The clipped ends also allow me to use a few different tubes at the same time. I find this type of tubing with clips on the end much more useful and economical than the fixed tubing. I have not had any trouble with the clips or the tubing breaking and I highly recommend this manufacture. I have not had as much luck with some of the others.

Overall, very good bands for the price. I hoped the tension would be greater when I purchased it since it was 'Heavy'. These are 12 lb bands..Here is the details lacking from amazons product description. And the handles feel very comfortable to grip. Overall, I am pleased, aside from the tension being lighter then expected. I hope these details help.

Poor quality this band did not last a week. The metal attachment broke with very little use. I will not buy another product like this.

This is a great deal for these exercise bands considering the fact that you get two handles with each band. Even if the without the band, the two handles alone are worth this price. I have other J-fit bands and the handles are universal for any of the four resistance levels I have. In fact, the handles would work with any exercise band that has a clip at the end. As far as the band itself, it is a lightweight resistance, but so far they are holding up just fine after one month of use. If this changes any time soon, I'll be sure to give an update, otherwise, I would definitely buy them again at this price.
