This is adorable and for the price, totally worth it! I love the umbrella design and the tinkling noise it makes when the rain hits it. Installation was easy and it's not so heavy I worry about it falling down. I did have to put some of the links back together as it didn't come fully assembled.

I saw this style of roof drain when visiting Japan and thought it looked like a great idea. So when these showed up, I definitely wanted to try it.We have an inside corner on our roof that collects tree debris and quite a bit of water washes past the gutter. I hug this there off the edge of the gutter to see if it would help, as the overflow has been resulting in our door rotting from being splashed so much. The short of this is that it isn't designed for how I used it. It can channel water, but there will be plenty of splashing as it does so. Water dripping out the bottom of a each bucket tracks the chain and then flings off sideways completely missing the bucket below - at least when flow is low.I did really like that each chain connects to the bucket above it with a carabiner - making it very easy to adjust the length to suit your needs. I'll have to redesign how my particular corner works, but if I can get this to actually flow nicely into a shielded bucket on the deck that would be great. At the very least it's a fun conversation piece in the US, as most folks here won't have seen these before.

Really long 12 foot rain chain. Looks great. Does not come with gutter attachment. Water will overflow and run through the middle some what. Recommend this rain chain. Decent buy for $25. Should come with gutter attachment.

Very classy looking rain chain. The cups are a nice, pretty design and the aged copper look is very attractive. I hung this on a corner where we have no gutter and I'm hoping it will help. It is very long and the price is great compared to many others.

So this came all tangled up in the box. I had to pull it apart to get it put together well. It does work though and looks nice but only after re-assembling about 3/4's of it. I would say it is decently durable and has directed the rain into the plants. An average value for the price.
