Wont work if its too cold, which is interesting. Once its warmed up it works fine, and it reacts well to heat at least. Accurate enough, and the display looks nice. Not much to complain about.

I really like the design and functionality of this thermometer. Intuitive and easy to use, I found that it was a delight to operate, and it stores much neater and cleaner than my old thermometer with separate probes on wires. This is my new kitchen favorite!

As the title states, this is offered at a great price point for a cooking implement all grillers and chefs should have. It appears to be well made and has easy to use controls that are intuitive and helpful temp guides right on the body next to the display. It performs as described with it measuring the temp in under 4 sec. The display is easy to read and can be backlit for low light situations.

This digital meat thermometer works great, the temp readings are fast and accurate, the display screen is backlit so it's very easy to read and one feature I thought was pretty cool is that the display screen will flip so that the temperature display is always upright, the only negative I really have is that the display screen doesn't stay lit for very long, other than though this is a good little meat thermometer and for the price in my opinion it's a good value.

This thermometer worked great out of the box. I compared it with my old thermometer and they matched. When you pull out the metal piece that you stick in the product being tested it automatically turns on. It automatically turns off after awhile if you forget to put the metal piece back in. Worth the price.

I do a lot of grilling and smoking meat, so it's essential that I know the internal temperature of the food I'm cooking. I have a collection of instant read and wireless thermometers I use, but none are perfect so I'm always on the lookout for the next great product. When the GOZOPO Waterproof Food Thermometer came across my data feed, I had to give it a try. My impressions:- The plastic casing is solid and well constructed, unlike several other units I have. It fits well in my hand and is easy to use.- Pulling out the probe automatically turns on the thermometer. You can also press a power button to do so, like if it times out after 10 minutes, but where's the fun in that?- Once inserted into the meat, the reading stabilizes quickly, in just a couple of seconds. The measured temperature seems accurate; at least, the food is cooked to the proper doneness based on the readings.- There are some additional features that I'll probably never use: a bottle opener, an LCD reading lock, etc. For those that want those features, there you go.- The one thing I don't like about this thermometer is that it uses a CR-2032 battery for power. These batteries tend to be under-powered and more useful over shorter periods of time. I use these batteries in my wireless cameras, and they tend to last about a year. I have one thermometer that uses an AAA battery and I haven't had to replace it in over 5 years. I would actually prefer a rechargeable battery, but I assume the cost of the product would be much higher to accommodate that.This is a good product, fast and accurate, and a great tool for those who need accurate temperature readings while cooking. Recommended.
