What an amazing experience it has been with my this company and the monitor itself!! Love the display and the amazing resolution, I use it mostly for racing and the resolution it's amazing!! I had an issue with the screen and they acted right away to resolve the issue and offer a replacement as soon as I reached out!! The customer service is top notch and quick to resolve any issues you may have. Enzo was attentive and helpful with my requests and quickly acted to resolve all my concerns!! I definitely recommend their products and appreciate their customer service!! Stop browsing around for other monitors and do yourself a favor!! Just get it!!

Let me start out with the negative, I received this monitor 49” OLED 240 hz and connected to my 13 inch Rog Zflow and it worked Beautifully ,until i connected to any other Devices, PS5, Apple TV. Mini PC. Everything else had a fuzzy screen or lines. I tried different cables, checked connections, nothing worked , so contacted the seller. After about a week of back and forth emails, pictures, telling me to try different options nothing worked.The positives The company ((Innocn) sent me a UPS email and i sent it back. They sent me a new Monitor. It’s has an amazing picture I’ll never Go back to a regular monitor form OLED,I watch Movies , play games, the 240 refresh rate is fast.

I ordered this monitor in good faith, expecting a reliable product and timely delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.First, the shipping was repeatedly delayed with no clear information. For several days, the tracking status remained stuck on “delayed,” and nobody at Amazon or the seller could tell me whether the monitor would arrive or not. Meanwhile, my work was completely on hold.When the monitor finally arrived, it came in a damaged box, which already raised concerns about handling and quality control.Then came the most frustrating part: I purchased this monitor to use with a YEYIAN gaming PC from the same brand. However, I soon discovered that the PC—although advertised with Windows 11 Home—actually came with an unfinished or corrupted installation of Windows 10. Because of this, the monitor could not be properly connected or used at all. I had no way to install Windows 11, and the system was essentially unusable out of the box.

Great value for the price. The quality of the display, the fit and finish are all on point with more well known brands. The 1800R curve is much gentler than some of the others out there, and provides a much nicer viewing experience. I've used this monitor on a PC and Mac, and through a Docking station, and didn't have any issues.One thing to note too, is that the USB-C connection also provides power to charge a laptop. It's a great buy!

It's a huge monitor with great response time and 120hz refresh, who could ask for more at that price? It performs well as a gaming monitor and even for productivity, but there's a catch. This monitor experiences pretty significant burn in. I've been using this for about 6 months and I can clearly see burn in down the middle of my screen where two windows meet (I'm using Windows 11, docking a browser on the left and Teams on the right). During low light situations, the burn in becomes very noticeable and I suspect it'll only get worse over time. The monitor sees about 8-10 hours of use a day, which isn't anything worse than any other monitor these days. For that reason alone, I can't give this 5 stars and 3 stars seems a bit harsh considering all the other great things this has. Just be aware that you're buying something that might not last as long as a more expensive monitor of this size.

I looked on at the curved monitor craze with amusement for a few years before finally deciding to try it. At home I had been using one large 27” 4k monitor that I would toggle between my work Windows laptop and personal Mac laptop. Then I ended up adding another 24” Dell 1080 monitor to get more work real estate. Figured that would do for now but the mismatch and seam was a bit annoying. Found this INNOCN 49” curved monitor as a Black Friday deal and went for it. Easy setup, works perfectly for me. Not a gamer, so I’m not sure how well it would do there. But it works great via USB-C from my work Dell Latitude 5500 w/ the Thunderbolt support. And I have it going usb-c from the Mac to DisplayPort, which gives the faster 120mhz support. Easy to switch between inputs using the menu buttons. The stand legs are thin and unobtrusive. It doesn’t emit much heat at all. So far no odd behavior after about a month of daily use. Only mild annoyance is that after a time it seems to go to sleep and then it disconnects from the work laptop which causes all the windows to move back to the laptop screen when I log back in. I’m not sure if that is the monitor’s fault or a Dell thing.Regardless I highly recommend this as a solid basic and inexpensive 49” QHD curved monitor for productivity use. Just make sure your computer can support it, and remember it only has one USB-C input. But using DisplayPort is also available and would give you the better refresh rate, without the benefit of a wired USB keyboard/mouse connected straight to monitor.
