I had high hopes for this inflatable foam roller, but unfortunately, it doesn't perform as advertised. No matter how much I pump it up, it never reaches a firmness that provides proper support. At 5'5" and 117 lbs, I expected it to hold my weight, but it just sinks under pressure.The product images make it look like a sturdy, well-formed roller, but they appear to be AI-generated rather than actual photos, which feels misleading. A foam roller should provide stability for muscle recovery, but this one lacks the necessary firmness, making it ineffective for deep tissue massage or physical therapy.While the concept of an inflatable roller for travel is appealing, the execution falls short. If you're looking for a dependable recovery tool, a traditional high-density foam roller would be a much better option.
