Seems that sizes 9/10 and 11/12 are the same size - 140. Had to return it twice. We need a true 12.

Waistband was too snug for a size 8-9. My daughter is 6 yrs and taller than most kids her age. I always size up. She is thin and most size 8-9 fit her a little big but this skirt was snug around her waist.

The 3 tiered shiny blue skirt is adorable. The skirt was purchased for a school event. She said it is very comfy and wants more colors! The fabric is nice with the right amount of shine. Fits true to size. Will be purchasing another one in the near future!
