Poor workmanship. Good company. Bad model. Sent it back.

Love this bass. I'm small so I really appreciate the light weight but love the big sound it gives paired with my Hartke 500w kickback. I've never used flat wound strings which it came with but now I'm hooked. They are D'Addario ECB81's but does anyone know what length they are? I'm definitely order some for spare.

Lightweight, great tone, and a fine way to experience learning the technique of fretless bass.

i picked up this bass as a quarantine pastime and it far exceeded my expectations!! i hadn't played bass in close to 15 years, and picking up fretless was going to be a challenge, but this was a welcome surprise!i was very happy to see that this bass had wonderful action straight out of the box! the neck is thin and lightning fast, and the strings (I believe this comes with D'Addario Chromes) were such an absolute treat for my fingers!Just a note, I perhaps ignorantly assumed that the semi hollow body would afford some kind of acoustic playability, but that is not the case. no matter, i had an amp on hand and it sounds wonderful. warm mellow tones, what a joy! Also another detail I had overlooked is this is an active bass, so have some extra 9v batteries on hand. The stock battery lasted me about 2 months playing an hour a day or so. One other note, i'm not at all a fan of the position of the input jack.. Placed in the bottom corner, it's hard for me to sit comfortably with this. Fortunately it came with a right angle cable, so I can live with it, but I tend to play it standing up now whenever possible.I also love how lightweight it is as well, it makes my aerodyne jazz bass feel absolutely massive now!anyway it's a really unique bass with such beautiful wood, and really does play like a dream. that neck is so fast, i might have to pick up a fretted ibanez if all their basses play like this!

This thing SINGS. It has a unique fretless sound that I can't get enough of.The build quality is also superb. It's light, but has enough weight to be comfortable. It's not for every genre, but it absolutely brings a unique sound that's worth checking out.

It came broken I guess from shipping it had a puncture whole in the box all of them come with that whole the volume knob was broken. Then I was trying to play it no sound then the feel of it felt cheap and looks like a toy. So I tried it with another cord and I was able to get sound and with my amp I using the Fender Rumble 25 it sounded like it looked cheap sent it back cause of damages and sound quality.🤔

Beautiful tone and good sustain. Neck is quite thin, fretboard has a very nice finish and pleasant to play. Natural wood feel. Nice sturdy tuning machines; solid volume/tone knobs. Light and excellent looking (I got asked almost every gig what kind of bass this is)
